In her spare time, Danielle recharges by playing tennis, getting outside, and trying new recipes and restaurants.

As a former university level rugby player and a current recreational sports enthusiast, Danielle is passionate about empowering people to incorporate play into their day. If you have an injury, are recovering from a surgery, or are looking for safe ways to integrate movement into your life, Danielle would be happy to meet with you!
