Jordan Henderson

Jordan is a Physiotherapy Resident who is passionate about getting you back to doing the activities that matter most to you. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to improve your athletic performance, Jordan wants to help you reach your movement and wellness goals! Jordan delivers integrated treatments, combining manual techniques, exercise prescription and education that is tailored to you.

Jordan graduated from Western University with a BA Honors Specialization in Kinesiology and Minor in Rehabilitation Sciences before she moved to Toronto to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. She is also participating in ongoing training for manual therapy through the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) program to continue to advance her evidence-informed practice.

When she’s not working with patients, you can find Jordan reading in the park, going to the movies, or seeing her favourite bands in concert. Jordan believes in the importance of balance- both in everyday life and in treatment- and is excited to work together with you to move better and get back to the things that bring you joy.
