Chronic pain group therapy

Are you Living with Chronic Pain?

Are you living with chronic pain and finding it challenging to cope? You are not alone. You are invited to participate in a group specially designed to address the challenges of living with chronic pain. The group is led by a registered psychotherapist and facilitated by physiotherapists who treat the mental and physical components of chronic pain. The group uses a range of evidence-based techniques to help you better understand and express your feelings and helps enable you to progress along your healing journey with more knowledge, confidence and support. Research has found that understanding, assessing, and treating the psychological factors associated with chronic pain are effective means of a pain management plan and shortening the length of suffering.
