Mira Browne

Mira is a recent graduate of the McMaster Physiotherapy program and currently a Physiotherapy Resident. Originally from Geneva, Switzerland, she moved to Canada at the age of 18 and completed her undergraduate studies in Immunology and Human Biology at the University of Toronto.

Before pursuing physiotherapy, she worked as a clinical research coordinator, an experience that deepened her commitment to evidence-informed care. Mira is passionate about providing evidence-based, client-centered treatment, with a focus on developing personalized and meaningful treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals. She has a particular interest in neurological physiotherapy and often incorporates a Bobath treatment approach to improve movement quality and restore function.

Outside of the clinic, Mira enjoys discovering new coffee shops, hiking, cycling, and spending time with friends and family.
