Kali Haydenluck
Registered Physiotherapist
Kali is a registered Physiotherapist who helps people move better, feel stronger, and recover from injuries like back pain, joint issues, muscle strains, and more — so they can get back to doing what they love. She treats everything from everyday aches and pains to more complex conditions, using a mix of hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and practical advice in accordance with your needs and goals.
Kali works with clients dealing with a wide range of injuries and movement concerns, including back and neck pain, sprains and strains, tendonitis, joint stiffness, and those stubborn nagging pains that just won’t seem to go away. She takes the time to assess the whole body, uncover the root cause of symptoms, and build a treatment plan that’s personalized and goal-oriented So whether you want to lift without pain, get back to running, chase after your kids, sit comfortably at your desk, move through your day with ease, feel steady and pain-free on your feet, or just feel more confident in your body, she’s here to help.
Specialties:
Sports and athletic performance: Kali grew up playing various sports from ice hockey to track and field, soccer and field hockey. She has a keen interest in working with athletes and high-performance sports teams to get these clients back on the field or back into the gym stronger than they were before their injury to avoid a recurrence. She uses her own background and expertise to help prescribe sport-specific exercise that is meaningful to you and your activities while working toward rehab goals.
Concussion and vestibular rehabilitation: Kali also has specialized training in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, supporting people with headaches, neck pain, dizziness, vertigo, balance challenges, and symptoms following head injuries. Kali has completed both introductory and advanced courses in vestibular therapy to better support these clients.
Infants, kids and teens: Kali also brings extensive experience in paediatrics — from assessing infant motor development and gross motor skills, to working with kids of all ages to get them moving better after an injury or new diagnosis. She loves connecting with young clients and their families, making sure parents feel informed, supported, and confident in the care their children are receiving while keeping physio fun and engaging for the kids.
Kali earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. When she’s not in the clinic, Kali loves finding new hiking trails with her dog and grew up spending her summers on backcountry canoe trips in Algonquin Park, instilling a love for the outdoors.
