Ada Chindah

Ada is a dedicated and energetic professional with a BSc in Psychology and over 10 years of experience as a PSW, aesthetician, and RMT. She has worked with diverse populations and developed strong skills in understanding and addressing client needs. She is committed to continuous growth and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while building strong rapport with clients and colleagues.

She enjoys treating clients with muscle tension, chronic pain, stress-related concerns, and pre/postnatal needs. She also work with postural issues and soft tissue restrictions, using techniques like deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and Swedish massage to support recovery and overall wellness.
