During her 15-year dance career, she developed a strong foundation in movement disciplines including yoga, Pilates and fitness training, which supported the physical demands of performance and continue to inform her approach today.
Stephanie brings over 20 years of experience working with clients in private, corporate, and studio settings across the Toronto area. Her work integrates yoga, Pilates, and applied movement principles to support strength, mobility, and functional movement.
Her personal experience with injury has shaped a thoughtful and empathetic approach to both training and rehabilitation. She understands the challenges that can come with pain and limited mobility and is committed to helping clients move safely, build confidence, and progress toward their individual goals.
Stephanie is also thrilled to have been accepted into the Rehabilitation Diploma Program through The College of the North Atlantic; a program that is accredited by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and The Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
