This info session will go over common pelvic health complaints and how physiotherapy can address them. Topics will include incontinence, urinary urgency, pelvic pain conditions and many more. Each topic of discussion will also include information on how pelvic floor physiotherapy can help, as well as some brief management tips. We will also explore how the pelvic floor can be impacted in patients with reduced mobility in acute care and rehab settings. There will be time for questions and discussion at the end of the session!

Louise is a McGill-trained physiotherapist and has completed extensive continuing education courses in the field of pelvic health. She has worked in private practice with a variety of patient populations, including pre- and postnatal, menopause, male pelvic health, gender affirmation, and many more. She’s excited about sharing knowledge and helping her patients achieve their goals and do what they love!
