How Can Pedorthics Help Me?
Canadian Certified Pedorthists are orthotic and orthopaedic footwear experts trained in the biomechanical assessment and treatment of a wide range of lower extremity conditions. They identify and manage factors related to the function of your feet and legs that may be contributing to your pain and discomfort.
Your Pedorthist gathers vital information about the nature and cause of your condition in order to develop a personalized treatment plan. More specifically, they take a detailed health and lifestyle history, assess muscle and joint function, evaluate alignment and posture, and analyse your footwear, gait and movement patterns.
