About the Personal Trainer

As a personal trainer and strength coach, Zach has had the opportunity to teach and work alongside athletes of all ages and abilities, sharing his deep love of fitness with every client. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry along with a lifetime of involvement in sports, he can develop and tailor personal training programs to meet participants’ unique needs. Outside of work, Zach loves golfing and takes any opportunity he can to get out and play.

Class Description

Join ALPHA’s own personal trainer Zachary Hayes for small group personal training to improve your general fitness in a fun and supportive group environment. The group exercise classes designed for participants of all general physical abilities and all skill levels, and modifications can be made to meet your individual abilities or limitations.

Workouts are medium intensity targeting the total body starting with a general mobility and tissue prep warm-up followed by circuit style training and a short cooldown/stretch, with an emphasis on technique. Exercises for each class will vary so you’ll always have something new to try each time.

The class may be held outside (weather permitting) or inside the clinic. We encourage you to bring a yoga mat if you have one (if not, we can provide one).

To participate, you must be medically stable and free of cold/flu-like symptoms.

And most importantly, you must be willing to participate and train in a group setting.


Individual group exercise classes are $20+HST for each 60min session.
