My Story – Kali Haydenluck

Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up playing sports competitively — ice hockey, soccer, and track and field — and eventually played field hockey at Wilfrid Laurier University where I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. Being an athlete shaped who I am. I experienced the highs of competition, the discipline of training, and most notably the frustration of injuries.

That’s really where my interest in physiotherapy began.

I saw firsthand how the right rehab could not only get you back to your sport, but actually make you stronger and more confident than before. I became fascinated with how the body heals, adapts, and performs — and I knew I wanted to help people through that same process.

Today, as a registered Physiotherapist, I help people move better, feel stronger, and recover from injuries — whether that’s back pain, joint stiffness, muscle strains, tendon irritation, or those nagging aches that just won’t go away. I treat everything from everyday pain to more complex conditions, using a combination of hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and practical strategies that fit your life and goals.
I don’t just look at where it hurts — I look at the whole picture. My goal is to understand the root cause and build a plan that’s specific to you. Whether you want to lift without pain, get back to running, chase your kids around, sit comfortably at your desk, or simply feel more confident in your body, I’m here to support that.

What I Love Treating

Sports & Athletic Performance
Because I grew up in competitive sport, I have a special place in my heart for working with athletes and active individuals. I understand the mindset, the drive, and how hard it is to sit on the sidelines. My focus is not just getting you back — it’s getting you back stronger and reducing the risk of re-injury. I use sport-specific rehab that actually translates to your performance, whether that’s on the ice, field, track, or in the gym.

Concussion & Vestibular Rehab
I’ve completed both introductory and advanced training in vestibular therapy and concussion management. I work with clients dealing with headaches, dizziness, vertigo, neck pain, balance challenges, and symptoms after head injuries. These conditions can feel overwhelming and frustrating — my approach is gradual, evidence-based, and supportive so you can feel steady and confident again.

Infants, Kids & Teens
I also have extensive experience in pediatrics. I work with infants on motor development and gross motor skills, and support kids and teens recovering from injury or adjusting to a new diagnosis. I love making physio engaging and fun for kids while ensuring parents feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me exploring new hiking trails with my dog or spending time outdoors. I grew up doing backcountry canoe trips in Algonquin Park, which sparked my lifelong love for being outside and staying active.
At the end of the day, I truly believe movement is empowering — and I love helping people get back to doing what makes them feel like themselves again.
