Alpha Health Services has been home for the last four years. It’s been great being able to grow as a clinician and with the team. During my time here I’ve focused on musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries and geriatric rehabilitation. I honed my skills combining hands-on assessment, progressive exercise prescription, and patient education to restore function and reduce pain. To broaden my treatment options and improve outcomes I’ve completed advanced training in dry needling. I’ve also pursued additional training in the evolving field of TMJ/TMD management to help people realise that there is help for jaw pain. I’m committed to delivering practical, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s goals so they can move with confidence and maintain independence.
